About the Assignment
We are seeking an Application Engineer for Bitcraze to serve as the link between client needs and the company’s products. At Bitcraze, you’ll work with technologically advanced products and join an engaged and innovative team. The role involves developing new features based on client needs, testing and verifying products based on customer feedback, and assisting with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products or technologies. You will act as a bridge between clients and the development team at Bitcraze, ensuring the creation of the best possible products.

About the Role
As an Application Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information from customers about their needs and developing software to meet those requirements.
- Designing components of the program and analyzing how they integrate with the system.
- Overseeing testing processes to ensure new applications function as intended.
- Ensuring the software continues to work properly after maintenance and updates.
- Troubleshooting software issues and contributing to the creation of patches and updates.
- Resolving technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Creating technical documentation and user manuals.
- Collaborating with the research and development team to provide insights for product improvements.
You will contribute to creating innovative solutions for customers. As an Application Engineer at Bitcraze, you’ll tackle technically complex challenges in a varied work environment. The role also includes participating in product development discussions and improving workflows. This position is ideal if you’re eager to work with technically challenging products while engaging with people and innovative companies.
We Believe You Have:
- A relevant educational background in technology (e.g., software development, systems engineering).
- A good understanding of programming languages such as Python and C.
- Experience in technical customer interactions (a bonus).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the company’s official language.

Experience in open-source projects and technical support roles is advantageous.
