About the Company/Assignment

We are looking for a Technical Sales Lead for Bitcraze who wants to contribute to the development of next-generation drone technology. This role involves working with technically oriented sales and business development, with a primary focus on strengthening customer relationships and contributing to company growth. About the Role

As a Technical Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and exploring new and existing markets. You’ll lead efforts to drive sales and acquire new customers. Additionally, you will serve as the company’s expert on marketing and sales strategies.

Your duties will include:

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding Bitcraze’s role in the market
  • Following up on customer projects and handling leads
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and driving new sales strategies
  • Participating in and organizing international conferences

You will play a key role in increasing the company’s sales and driving growth. As a Technical Sales Lead at Bitcraze, you’ll be challenged by working with technical clients and engaging in strategic market planning. Part of your daily work will involve supporting business development and optimizing sales efforts. This role suits someone who is results-oriented and strategic, with a desire to deeply understand the products.

We believe you have:

  • Several years of experience in technical sales
  • Strong knowledge of technical products and business development
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, as this is the company’s official language

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • A good understanding of programming (Python, C)
  • Previous experience in sales to technical clients

To succeed in this role, we believe you are curious, flexible, and able to work independently. Genuine excitement about Bitcraze’s products is a must for this position. Bitcraze has a flat organizational structure where you’ll be involved and encouraged to participate in decision-making processes and the company’s strategic direction.
